Lesson 3 Cutting skills,Making table

Today ,we learn about :
Part1:  cutting skills 8cm x 8 cm
Part2: cut  the window (exercise)
Part3: making table 8cm x 5 cm x 7.5cm

First,We need to prepare the material .It's include UHU glue,rule,pencil,rubber,form board,knife,cutting mat,steel rule and double sided tape.

 Part 1
1..First,cut two piece of form board of 8cm x 8cm

2. Draw one line on the middle,cut the half paper on the form board.

 3.Used double sided tape to stick the half of paper.

4.After that,bend it to let it's curve.

5.Choose the new form board of 8 cm x 8 cm,draw two of line on the middle.

6.After that,cut the paper on the left and right.

7.Later,used the double sided tape to stick the left side and right side.

8.Finally,this form board will become like U shape.

9.Used the first form board,cut the half of the paper,remain the bottom paper .

10.After that,used the double sided tape to stick the paper and bend it.

11.Finally,this form board will become curve.

12.Cut the form board of 8cm x 8cm square.

13.Cut out the small square of 4cm x 4cm.

14.Used the double sided tape stick around the small square to fix it on the big square.

Part 2

Cut the form board of 12cm x 8 cm.After that,cut the strip of 6cm x 1cm.

Part 3

Design the table of 12cm x 5cm x 7.5cm in 20 minute.

This is my model .This table design idea is come out from my classroom desk.This idea is simple and quick to do in 20 minute.In addition to this,i am used the basic cutting skills to save time and let it better and beautiful.

After summit the art work,teacher were evaluate that's to improve our art work.There are some sample of my classmate,it's was the different idea and design to make it 's beautiful.

Note:In the part2 to cut  the window (exercise),the cutting skills can be like the this picture.Follow the line to cut the strip better.It can let the window round become smooth.
